Change is possible when a person feels accepted, validated, and safe. My belief is that with the right support and tools one can gain confidence and start heir healing journey.
My interventions with clients focus on their perceptions of experiences, how they react to these experiences, and how they allow these experiences to affect their relationships and interactions.
I work with clients based on a client centered, strengths-based/insight-oriented perspective. Some of the modalities I use are Choice Theory & Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
